1.  Review recent events (all)

• Recent Swim Clinic led by Leslie and Mike was a great success.
• Total of 6 new members were signed up through the Clinic.
• Moving forward we should always have membership forms available at any T2 event.
• Also T2 trifold will be developed.  Content to be drawn from website.  Beth to coordinate.
• Permanent poster still need to be developed.  Option to have it developed by a local design consultant fell through.  Mike to reach out to Teresa D. to find out her willingness to create a permanent poster.

2.  Take advantage of Run for Life event on 4/3 and 4/4 to generate T2 awareness? (all)

• Simple flier was created and inserted in all 130+ race packages to drive awareness.
• Agreed to show presence at Run for Life Health Expo after the event.  Mike, Beth, Leslie, Sharon and Stefano to be there dressed in T2 t-shirt.

3.  Vice-president and Secretary vacancies and new elections (all)

• Board unanimously agreed to appoint Mike to new Vice-President.
• Secretary has not yet been identified.  Agreed to post “job posting” on T2 website.  Stefano to do.
• Agreed to conduct the next overall Board election in conjunction with Transition Clinic on Thursday 6/18

4.  Upcoming events and progress of overall 2009 plan:

• GPRC Monday runs: 
• T2 Monday runs will be merged with GPRC Red Robin runs ASAP
• Willie to decide with Hunter from Sunflower Striders whether the day will be Monday or Tuesday.  Willie to let Stefano know by 4/10.
• Rebound clinic “Preventing Overuse Injuries” on track.  Will be postponed from original date of 4/16 to 4/23 due to instructor availability. (Mike)
• Yoga clinic on 5/21:
• Willie will confirm facility by 4/10.
• Open water swims in June and July (Beth):

• Dates are Sundays, 6/7, 6/21 and 7/26

• Beth will “hire” lifeguards for all events.  Cost per event:  $20

• Agreed to leverage events as fund-raisers for T2.  Members will pay $5, non-members $10

5.  Tinman Triathlon opportunity (Leslie)

• Stefano to follow up with Ryan Robinson regarding his inquiry

6.  Other

• Stefano to write press release for Beth for circulation at Capital Journal and local radio stations

• Leslie to contact Channel 13 to “feel out” interest in story about progress of T2 and importance of fitness
