1 T2 Uniforms

Revisited and discussed to create T2 racing uniforms

Willie gave broad overview on Zoot brand GPRC is carrying and explained quality differences

Agreement to offer shirts at cost to all members

Mike and Stefano to visit GPRC to look at racing shirt options and report at next meeting
2 70.3 Kansas Ironman

GPRC staff will volunteer at the finish line

3 Upcoming T2 Activities

Beth confirmed Open Water Swims at Camp Hammond on 6/7 and 6/21 at 5.00 PM

Transition Clinic at Tinman Circle on 6/18 at 6.30 PM, led by Mike and Leslie

We will hold annual elections of the new Board on 7/16 in conjunction with our upcoming clinic at Rebound
4 Membership Fees

Agreed to collect as of 7/1/ $36 fee from all members, who joined T2 in 2008. Dues of all members having joined in 2009 will cover membership through 6/30/10. However, “voluntary” contributions from 2009 members are welcome!

Beth to contact all 2008 members to collect dues.
5 T2 Presence Tinman Triathlon Packet Pickup

Agreed to create T2 presence during packet pickup for Tinman Tri at Ramada Inn on 6/19 between 4.00 PM and 8.00 PM.

Mike to coordinate volunteers for “shifts”.

Mike showed first draft of rack card and poster, created by Teresa Deardoorff. Everybody liked the direction. Mike continues to work on it to have available for packet pickup.

Rack cards will be printed at Rebound. T2 needs to buy heavier stock paper.
