• John Mugler is willing to send something out on our behalf

3)  Status of 2009/10 membership dues collection 

• Beth was unable to attend; no membership/dues updates
• Online payments with registration is available, but the check does not show who paid
• Agreed to have membership cycle start Jan 1; anyone who pays during the last quarter of a year is good for the next full year

4)  2010 Tinman plans 

• Ryan Robinson submitted a proposal for the 2010 Tinman race scheduled for June 19
• T2 role is to continue to communicate with people and keep things moving

5)  Uniforms 

• Teresa was unable to attend but has a new design she will be sharing soon

6)  Recap T2 at YMCA Health Fair 

• T2 had 6-7 volunteers attend the Health Fair at SW YMCA on Sat, Sept. 19 from 9:00 am to noon
• Discussed having a T2 presence at other events and slipping rack cards into event bags

7)  Recap BBQ 

• Successful event, less wind

8)  Plans for the remainder of the year 

• Oct Rebound workshop – Thursday, October 15
• Nov Rebound workshop
• Dec Christmas party, tentatively Thurs, Dec. 3 – next time need to get volunteers and set time

9) Bicycle Safety follow-up 

• Shelved until next meeting

10) Triathlon Event at Sunflower State Games 

• Meeting with Mitch Gross at noon on Monday, 10/12 to discuss the possibility of a triathlon at the Sunflower State Games and what T2's role might be
