Cycling Clinic held at Capp’s Bike Shop
Jeremy (below handling the bike), service manager at Capp’s, presented basic bicycle maintenance to the 18 T2 members in attendance that night. He shared the most common items to check when preparing for or cleaning up after a ride and gave a step-by-step demonstration on changing the tube on a rear wheel. He was even clocked changing a flat tire.
Although he used a floor pump and wasn’t on the side of a road with vehicles whizzing by, he was able to change out a flat rear tire in two minutes (yes, 2). Thank you to Capp’s Bike shop for hosting the event and providing a 10% discount to T2 members that night.
