T2 Training Run on Mondays
T2 Board member Willie Lambert leads a casual group run every Monday evening. The run is open to anybody. You can choose between a casual 2 mile or 4 mile run, but also stretch yourself and go up to 8 mile run.
T2 Weekend Rides and Runs
Join Mike Acord and other T2 members for a longer ride or a longer run! "Longer" will be solely defined by you, but at times it does not hurt to be motivated by other more "ambitious" athletes...

Join the fun with other T2 members and family to cook out and share the most exciting stories of an exciting training and racing year.
Open Water Swim Practice
Life Guard will be onsite. More experienced T2 members will be happy to provide guidance on how to improve swimming technique in open water.
Annual T2 Member Meeting + Clinic on Performance Enhancement through Nutrition in Training & Racing
Importance of appropriate hydration and nutrition on training success and race performance will be the focus of this T2 Clinic. Rebound Sport Nutritionist Keith Hertling will be presenting. In addition, we will hold our annual member meeting to elect a new Board. Great prizes, such as $50 gift certificates from Capp's and GPRC, will be given away to attendees.

EnduraCamps Kansas 70.3 Prep Camp
This training camp and clinic will be held on the new Ironman Kansas 70.3 race course over three days. During the Camp you will swim in the lake, bike on the roads and run the routes just as you will on race day.

This "newbies" clinic is for athletes that are going into their first or second season and are looking to make their experience the best one possible.

T2 member Steve Luttjohann, avid cyclist and member of the Capps-Rebound Cycling Team, leads a training ride on Thursdays.
Roots and Wings 5K Run
Inviting anyone who likes to run (or knows anyone who likes to run) to the 5K held by Heritage Christian School to raise money to purchase East Indianola from Seaman...it's a great cause.
