In cooperation with Chris Armstrong and Jeremy Hutsell at Capp's Bike Shop, Chris Hess (Lawrence, KS) will go through the science behind the benefits of all the mechanical variables, such as helmet, aerobars, frame, wheels and clothing.  And rest assured, you will be surprised about the significance of the impact of these variables.  For further reading prior to the session, go to:  http://www.bikeradar.com/news/article/how-aero-is-aero-19273.

Chris Hess's credentials as a cyclist and triathlete are too long to be listed here, but he has extensive coaching experience, among others with Tri KC, the KCBC Racing Team and as a Regional Athlete Development Coordinator.
