The clinic, which targeted from novices who just want to know what it is all about to experienced triathletes looking to shave off time from their transitions, covered what equipment is needed on race-day, how to set-up your area, transition etiquette and time-saving tips on getting in and out of transition quickly and safely.
Bring race gear- cycling and running shoes, bike, helmet, nutritional "fuel" etc. – as the clinic will be designed to be "hands-on."
