Join the Kansas City Jewish Community Center this year on Sunday, February 22, 2009 to challenge yourself in their popular Indoor Triathlon.
The triathlon consists of:
Swim 500 yards in our Indoor Pool
Bike 5 miles on the Expresso Fitness Bikes
Run 2 miles on our Indoor Track
