Boathouse

Swim:

The swim course (which is two 750m laps) begins off of the Chesapeake Boathouse docks on the beautiful Oklahoma River. Athletes head out on the rectangle course and after swimming 375m they make the turn and swim back to the docks where they will exit the water, run around a designated marker and return to the water for a second lap. A short run uphill gets them to the Transition Area.

Bike:

The bike course (which is four 10K laps) heads north up Lincoln Boulevard toward the Oklahoma State Capitol Complex. Athletes circle the Capitol and return south on Lincoln Boulevard toward the Chesapeake Boathouse and three more laps.

Run:

The run course (which is four 2.5K laps) is on the Oklahoma River Trails and heads west from the Chesapeake Boathouse for 1.25K. Athletes then turn around and head back east to the Boathouse. After passing through the Boathouse, athletes run three more laps.

Transition:

The transition area will be at the north end of the Lincoln Ave. Bridge just east of the Chesapeake Boathouse. There will be an aid station just outside Transition.
