Swim Course
The swim is held in clean, calm Lake Aspen (Innsbrook's no-boats rule allows us to offer one of the most pristine swims in the sport). You will swim counterclockwise, on a one-loop course.
Bike Course
The bike course is a loop that begins inside the resort (about 5 miles/hilly), then heads onto primarily rolling open roads. The bike course is open to traffic. Having said that, the course runs through a a very rural part of the area, so vehicular traffic on race day will be minimal. Road surfaces are very good.
Run Course
The run course is a simple loop design on paved and packed gravel roads, staged entirely within Innsbrook Resort... local traffic only!
